[name removed] is genuinely the most amazing human on the planet, and an incredible professional. This has been an organising decision, proper metal torture and i have bailed out of 3 appointments previously. [name removed] took such wonderful care of me throughout and made to talk me and be with me for the whole process from speaking to me on a human level to consent and prepping throughout the surgery and after.
She is truly exceptional. Thank you immensely
